Description
Hello, my name is Annika Sayson, and I am a female home carer. I am currently a healthcare professional student, studying to become an Operating department practitioner. I have experience in working in hospitals as a support worker in operating theatres and the maternity wards. I've also taken care of my own family members when they were receiving palliative care. Co-workers have described me as being caring, friendly, and helpful. My motivation for caring is to help people lead independent lives and to ensure that they receive the utmost care and attention. And I want nothing more but to be able to help anyone who needs it.
Though I may not have many years of experience, I am skilled in many areas, including bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship. In my previous roles, I have had experience with individuals who have mild cognitive impairment, are bed bound, suffer from anxiety and depression, and any other physical difficulties. I am dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to my clients and making sure they maintain their independence for as long as possible.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending my time on hobbies such as painting, walking, card games, cooking and baking, and puzzles. I am also an animal lover and am comfortable working in homes with cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds. If you are in need of a compassionate and experienced home carer, please do not hesitate to get in contact with me.
